750 sq. feet/70 sq. meters, 2 floor/1 bedroom (double bed) private apartment. High quality futon bed on separate floor for additional 2 people. This unit is located just 1 block away from the popular Ste-Catherine street, famous for its nightlife, trendy restaurants and shopping. Located in the heart of Downtown/Plateau south, this unit is located corner of Montreal's famous rue Prince-Arthur street, an elegant pedestrian only street full of restaurants from different parts of the world, with their outdoor terraces, umbrellas and live acts. Two blocks away is the hip street St-Laurent, famous for its nightlife, fast cars, outdoor street market and shopping. On the other side of the Square St-Louis Parc is Montreal's St-Denis street well known for its typical French Style shopping (a must for shopping) and outdoor bars.
