750 sq. feet/70 sq. meters, 2 floor/1 bedroom private apartment. High quality futon bed on separate floor for additional 2 people. Fully equipped Spa for 2 overlooking the living room which takes one whole floor in a loft style environment. Separate bath and shower/washroom. Private videotech of dvds at no additional charge. Mini bar in living area. Full kitchen (no oven) with dishwasher and indoor BBQ (Jenn-air). Washer/Dryer. Air conditioning.

This unit is located just 1 block away from the popular Ste-Catherine street, famous for its nightlife, trendy restaurants and shopping. Also 1 block away is a subway station (downtown main line without transfer) and right in front of the subway station you will find a very nice supermarket including fresh daily sushi and a very convenient catering counter for ready made meals on the go.

SOLETTO SUMMER EVENTS
Ste-Catherine street becomes pedestrian: During summer, Ste-Catherine street between Berri and Papineau streets (at the Soletto/Duetto area) become pedestrian only (length: 1.2KM; 3/4 Mile) hosting various outdoor activities as well as outdoor terraces and street shopping.

International Fireworks: Every week, catch the amazing fireworks show from different countries of the world right in front of the Soletto/Duetto apartments and totally free of charge!

Located in the heart of Downtown/Plateau south, this unit is located corner of Montreal's famous rue Prince-Arthur street, an elegant pedestrian only street full of restaurants from different parts of the world, with their outdoor terraces, umbrellas and live acts. Two blocks away is the hip street St-Laurent, famous for its nightlife, fast cars, outdoor street market and shopping. On the other side of the Square St-Louis Parc is Montreal's St-Denis street well known for its typical French Style shopping (a must for shopping) and outdoor bars.
